The Owners of Corinthian have experience in the sale, planning, building and delivery of hundreds of homes.

Brett Krueger- trained on cad software and a North Carolina registered Broker, attended Belmont Abbey College in Belmont NC. As a second generation builder Brett has a background in providing communities and homes that meet the real estate market demands. Brett understands that learning a home buyers wants and needs compiled with extensive study of the changing Real Estate marketplace are a key ingredient to the success of a successful developer and builder. Under Brett's direction Corinthian has been able to attain many home pre-sales in their neighborhoods by just listening to customers and giving them what they are asking for.

Phil Schepens a North Carolina registered General Contractor has a degree in Construction Management from Pittsburgh State College. Phil as a former All American College football player understands the need for assembling a successful team of contractors and business affiliates. To attain more control and increase quality of construction Phil has assembled crews to self perform much of the residential construction.
