First of all Life Design considers the three most important words in Real Estate Location Location Location and these words become the main factor for determining an area for our new neighborhoods. Only locations of great convenience to local highways and roads systems are considered. Corinthian also evaluates what the area is doing Real Estate wise. It must show strong appreciation and be well received by the local Real Estate community. Crime rates are also considered. A convenient location will help enhance peoples daily life and is strong concern for choice of investment.

Secondly the land itself must be large enough to design a nice sized community. The  price is also a concern to make it affordable for our new homeowners. Also the site must be free of environmental concerns. Certain soil testing is completed. Also the topography (how the land lays) must be conducive to our plans. Drainage off the property must be attainable. Environmental impact on this site and the area is also considered. Knowing that these things are considered should enhance our customers Peace of mind.

Third, Planning the community around the life of our future inhabitants is key to their living experience. Homesite's must be of good size, large enough to do something with. Maybe a swing set, a gardens or a small workshop. The homes designed for this community will incorporate architectural features that that people are looking for. Certain restrictions are developed to help protect the value of the community. To help ensure that one person does ruin the value of other homes.
