or the potential for a high absorption market is determined product design begins. After product design cost analysis is performed.
Finding Property
Corinthian taps the local realtor community, calls individuals from local tax files, and talks to neighbors or local businesses in area that
Corinthian wants to enter. This system has allowed Corinthian to pick up many properties not on the market and often under market value.
Development vs. Building or Both
Once Corinthian chooses to penetrate a market the market is further studied to see whether home buyers or builders have more interest in
the area. If many builders are interested in the area Corinthian may develop a site and sell lots to these builders. If Corinthian feels that
builders are not able to enter the area easily and there is a “pent up” buyer demand Corinthian may develop and build or even purchase
multiple lots from a developer.
